I am writing this to warn others: Brainowl.com is a scam. I signed up for a 7-day trial for $1.00, but the website is completely non-functional. I was unable to access any of the tests or games promised.Even though I sent a formal cancellation and refund request via email on the same day I joined, they ignored my message. Their website is designed to trap you; the login button doesn't work, and there is no option to remove your credit card once it's added. Despite my timely cancellation request, they still charged my card $29.95 without authorization.They do not respond to support emails and have no functional interface for users to manage their accounts. Stay away and do not give them your payment information.
