This is a scam. I received fake products. When I reached out to the support team, they confirmed via email that the items were indeed fake and offered a 30% refund, which I never received. I reported this to the relevant authorities, not expecting much for myself but hoping to prevent others from being scammed. I regret not checking reviews beforehand.
