Repeated attempts to take money and actually taking money from my account, when emailed they denied all knowledge and claimed there have been no monies taken, my bank are investigating. UPDATE: The reply from this company is just a distraction from the ongoing scam they are exposing people to, as you can see by other reviews, they sneakily enter you in to a subscription and then take money without permission after purchasing from their website, although my situation is even worse because they are actually confirming they have cancelled the subscription yet still taking money.
