The sizing was significantly off, despite checking the size conversions on the company's website. I realize this might be due to the shoe brand itself, but it's still quite frustrating. Returning the item was certainly not as hassle-free as advertised. I understand I wouldn't be refunded the shipping cost of $12.95, but it was still bothersome. Additionally, I had to spend another $15 to send the item back. It took several weeks for them to process my refund, and they even suggested I hadn't included a returns sheet, despite following their online returns procedure where no such requirement was mentioned. Their returns page is not user-friendly at all. I wasn't informed when they received my return request or the package I sent. I had to reach out to them for updates, but they never replied. I was genuinely worried I wouldn't receive my refund and that I was dealing with a questionable site. Ultimately, I purchased the same shoes from a local retailer, where I managed to get two pairs for the same amount I spent here.
