I ordered a shaver on 02/12/25, but it hasn't arrived yet. Customer service has been unhelpful, mainly just saying "your order will be with you in the next 24 hours." The delivery service has scheduled slots twice, but the driver never showed up, even though I was home both times. The support team seems indifferent, and the issue is still unresolved.
