Can’t be trusted

I wanted to love this company but their customer service has been horrible or nonexistent at times. I first started an annual subscription two years ago. They repeatedly sent me the wrong book or ones they had already sent me months prior. I was getting so upset about it and repeatedly requested that they cancel my subscription. No apology and they wouldn’t do it. I thought I successfully cancelled it when they charged me again after the first year for an annual membership and refused to refund me. Then they attempted to charge me for an annual membership again but the bank caught it and blocked them. I’m so nervous they’ll charge me again so I think I’ll have to cancel my debit card to finally end things for good. They can’t be trusted and they don’t seem to care about customers. For a company that boasts about teaching kids good morals, they have bad business practices.
