Absolutely shocking customer service…

Absolutely shocking customer service in-game assistance ... If you can call this assistance.Every agent provides copy paste answers absolutely not willing to understand the situation nor see the common sense . They abruptly end the ticket making you type the same stuff over and over again... This is a copy of what I wrote to them.Interesting how supercell due to this is punishing people who pay for brawlpasses ( in my case 2x per month, as I buy for me and my son) every season, just because you tried the pro pass and the cs is absolutely incompetent in resolving any issue, asked them multiple times to connect me with a person who has better understanding of the product, instead they just close the ticket everytime. So here is what I wrote to them numerous times: Once the Pro Pass came out, around the same time the new hypercharges did. I bought it thinking I will use the gems to buy all of the hypers whilst they were on sale in the shop. Pro pass did not appeal to me for any other reason, didn't want Colt skin upgrades nor any pins etc... but thought , hey let's get the hypers...Upon buying the pro pass and playing one day, noticed that it stopped giving me progression, saying weekly hp limit has hit. Making the pro pass not worth it for me. As I would not be able to get those gems on time to purchase the hypers whilst they on offer.Contacted customer support asking if we can cancel the pro pass. Thinking that the pro pass progression bar will be taken off my acc and money given back to me, at the moment of the request I had received 205 gems, 3 colt upgrades, 10k gold, 3 pins, 1 icon and one spray.So pro pass cancelation happened. I logged to my acc to see that the pro pass progression bar is still there and I have been deducted 6000!!!!! Gems putting my acc at negative 6k gems.09:25 AMMy reason for asking a cancelation was about returning an unwanted product, that had a hp limit which is not mentioned at the moment of buying it. Not just to return the 29 euros that I paid for it.09:27 AMSaying that ok... Maybe it's not possible to deduct the brawl pass line technically , but it should be mentioned by the agent handling the request , saying your acc will be minus 6000 gems... I would have just kept the pro pass at this point as there is no option to make 6k gems back in a lifetime.09:28 AMThere is an offer to buy back the 6000 gems in shop... It's for 47 or 48 euros.09:30 AMSo whilst being stuck with a product that I do not want whilst returning back 28 euros. I'm supposed to pay 48 euros to get my account to it's original state. The math is absolutely off on this, don't you agree? So if I go for it I will pay 48 euros for the pro pass that I don't want. Instead of the original 28 I paid.Hopefully you understand the frustration here.All 3 agents by the name of Ben , Liam and some other imaginery name , closed the ticket instead of trying to help. With this attitude I will never ever support supercell with any purchases.
