I was informed with about 5 days left I was banned for logging in from too many computers when I had only logged from 1 computer. I emailed them and was told I had to contact them by phone or online support. Each time I called I got a fast busy signal = phone not on. I tried an online chat but waited an hour each time and then they ended the chat. Now my one month subscription is over. I also had a problem logging in after a few days. The site would not recognize my username. I was told by billing company (ProBiller?) to use my email. I am considering disputing the charge for my membership with my credit card company.
