Payout denied and I’m 100% in the right, when the apology statement came out it said 3 max trade per pair rule removed but didn’t say which accounts, on the blitz faq it said it still existed, so I did the most logical thing and ask support, they told me there’s no more 3 max trade per pair rule on blitz accounts bought after Dec 23 (my account is bought after) then my payout got denied because of the 3 max trade pp rule. So it’s either the support team lied to me making my payout get denied or they are telling the truth and the 3 trade pp rule has been removed but they just don’t want to give me my payout. ( I have proof of everything) I made a ticket and it’s on day 4 and they just dont seem to help me.
