I placed a large order for multiple people. I also used the contact form to inform them of payment processing issues. It finally went through. 5 days later and zero response. That said, it's 5 days later, and the order processing is only a USPS label being created. I emailed this time to contact them, and again no response. USPS has not received the package to ship. Really poor experience - and I need to cancel my order and be refunded. Order 117082
