The product doesn’t really work. The resistance is okay but it doesn’t substitute any sensations I got from vaping. The insert flavor is extremely weak and doesn’t last long. I purchased this as something new to try and didn’t want to subscribe to anything. I was 100% certain I did not sign up for a subscription. A month after receiving the product I was charged an additional $45 dollars. I contacted customer service and they said I had a subscription and that since the order was processed they couldn’t cancel or refund me. I was able to confirm that I’d be removed from any future orders thankfully. That was at the end of January. Today, April 19th I received a shipping notice that my “subscribed” refills have been shipped. Poor product. Poor functionality. Poor inserts. They basically robbed me of $45 and it took 2.5 months to get shipping details on something I know I didn’t want to buy and couldn't return or cancel.
