Upon receiving and opening my order, a horrible smell wafted out and made my room smell very bad. The coffee cores provided tasted similar to rotten meat. I tried the second flavour, and when used it "spit" a very bitter flavour into my mouth which was suspiciously hard to remove.On their site they claim they will provide a full refund no questions asked. But during my conversation with support they are asking me many questions, and claiming I am wrong because they don't have any other bad reviews and are offering me a 20% discount. Which to me is not worth it, since I cant even use this product without stinking up my room. My wife wont even tolerate it either as the smell from the box itself is rancid.
