Brenda was incredible! I was introduced to Brenda through a friend who had used Brenda's nannying service for his twin daughters. We were due our twin boys shortly and were not confident on how we would survive the first few months without some help. Brenda started coming a couple of evenings during the week to provide my wife and I some recovery once the twins were 4 weeks old. She provided some incredible advise and support which was a complete game changer. At the 12 week mark Brenda had successfully sleep trained them.Fast forward nearly 2 years and the boys have constantly slept from 7pm-7am every evening without fail. After a lifetime of working in a career with babies and children I have a wealth of experience to share. An additional 3 years experience working in a special care baby unit with sick and premature babies and 21 years supporting parents overnight as a night nanny. This experience has enabled me to condence my knowledge and share it with parents who may have become parents for the first time.
The advice, support and practical help in most cases takes place in the parents home. If the parents are overseas the help can be shared in an online meeting or phone call.
Advice is very much a personal approach to the individual child and the uniqueness of that family life. Ethnicity and cultural backgrounds are always taken consideration as many families live overseas and parents come from diverse backgrounds.
