“This is nothing more than a legally operating money-grabbing gang! £2235 a year for what exactly? Absolutely nothing! Parks are dirty, the grass is rarely cut properly – just look at Monks Park. Rubbish and mess everywhere.And what do we actually get for this money? Basically just rubbish collection. But even that isn’t fully done by them, because residents are required to separate and sort the waste for selective collection. In other words, we do part of the work so it costs them less.I understand that staff need to be paid, but charging this much money for such poor service is simply not normal and completely unacceptable!”
