Utter joke. Got issued a PCN allegedly for stopping on a box junction. Looking at photo I’m the only car who hasn’t got brake lights on so must have been moving, not stopped.PCN taken on 16th June received it in the post on 30th of June so it took 2 weeks to arrive.Basically had to pay immediately on receipt or would have been outside the 14 day discount period. I’m sure they do this on purpose so you don’t have time to challenge or take advice. No excuse for taking 2 weeks in the post.
