It’s scammers the website doesn’t work for 2 months trying to pay bill but unfortunately page error in the website third month I received letter for paying 1 year I called them they said it’s the process they are scammers why peopl should to pay for their fault ? so I’m not stupid to pay that I pay my last 3 months and I will try monthly if their website working they do their best for you do direct debit payment but I don’t have confidence on this company so I did my correct rule and I don’t let them to stole my money the most rubbish council tax company I seeing in my life be careful with them .
