Despite the challenge of navigating my narrow corridors, he went out of his way to assist me in getting the chair into my home—and we managed it together in the end!I would absolutely recommend Brenthams Furniture to others. Any questions or concerns I had about my order were addressed promptly, which I truly appreciated.If I were to offer one piece of constructive feedback, it would be regarding communication during the lead time. Since my chair had an estimated delivery window of 8–10 weeks, periodic updates during that time would have been reassuring. That said, after reaching out to customer service for a follow-up, I did receive a helpful update confirming everything was on track.All in all, a great experience—thank you again, Brenthams!
