I called in to complete a warranty claim for my Breville Kettle. It was disappointing that after 6 months of use, it was already malfunctioning. After being on hold for almost 35 minutes, I was losing hope, and unlike my kettle, I was starting to boil. I was lucky enough to connect with Cecilia S., and it was worth the wait. She was knowledgeable, courteous and smoothly walked me through the troubleshooting. After which, it was concluded that the unit should be replaced. This was a clear example of quality over quantity. Waiting for 1 quality customer support person is far better than getting quickly connected to an army of mediocre ones. Cecilia, keep up the good work.
