Both representatives seemed … not exactly sure how to put it? … perhaps too blunt and seemingly unconcerned that I was frustrated. I was given answers, but no explanations.
Also, just in general, Breville did not “improve” the Joule sous vide when you made it turbo - we hate it and we’re returning it
