I purchased the top of the range Breville Custom Loaf Pro for the specific purpose of reducing the size of the hole created by the collapsible paddle hole. I used to own the old outdated model and was annoyed with the hole left after baking, so upgraded to the new model with folding paddle. This new model DOES NOT live up to its name or description. The hole produced from the collapsible paddle is even BIGGER. Hence I am very disappointed and will seek a refund and purchase a cheaper alternative brand. I have yet to receive a response from Breville. I have only had this machine for less than 4 weeks. I do not recommend it, if your looking for a smaller hole, it doesnt work.
