100% SCAM. They take the money and run and will not even communicate. I have tried multiple times to get a response and the customer service rep that I actually got to talk to is a lying scammer also. If you get a call from "Daniel or Steve" RUN. They lie, cheat and steal your money. DO NOT USE!

So what business do they have in a field that's supposed to be guided by ethics? When I informed Paul that I wasn't interested in his offer, he rudely responded with a taunt. So here it is... I went in with low expectations because I'm based in a small town. Most platforms usually send leads from major cities that never turn into anything. This time, a local family reached out, showed real interest, and ultimately followed through. It look several calls and emails to move things along, but we closed the deal. The reporting isn't always easy to interpret, and tracking active leads could be clearer, but overall the platform feels reliable enough to continue using.

The experience definitely tested my patients at times. A few of the leads made me question how qualified they really were. That said, one strong prospect eventually turned into a real deal, so the service did deliver. It's not completely hands-off and does require some follow-up, but it can work it you're willing to stay involved.

People expecting overnight results from a referral company often miss the point. Brevo sticks to what they commit no hype, no false promises. My onboarding experience was fairly smooth, although I can see where some might need more guidance. Support isn't instant, but when they respond, it's genuine and helpful, not copy pasted. Overall, it feels like working with a real team rather than a typical support desk.
