I made an order at their website in mid October. First of all delivery is supposed to be in 4-7 days, only part of the order shipped in two weeks. The order was a play set and two accessories to go with the play set. I called and emailed and all they could tell me is the main part of my order (one of the play sets) was on back order. It never said it was on back order on the website when I purchased it and was not listed as back order on the website. Still available for purchase. So the play set never shows up after three emails and I don't know how many calls. On Christmas eve I called it a wash. The play set was a birthday present meant for Nov 17th. The rush out and grab it Barbie was not a win. And I called again just to cancel the whole thing and get a refund. Customer service said the started a ticket for the refund. Well more calls and emails where nothing happened. On January 7th it shows up. What am I going to do with this stuff now? And no I'm not saving it for another holiday. She doesn't want it now. So in Three and a half months they could not complete my order nor can I seem to get a refund. I also want to point out that the same play set came up in a push email from the company that I could order it for next day. If they could do that why couldn't they complete my order in three months? Why couldn't they send me the play set I had apparently on back order then. Why now? why after I called and asked for a refund?
