I received my order 12/15/2021. I paid extra for gift wrapping. It was wrapped but it was a terrible job to say the least. Also you would think since the gift item was a Christmas snow globe to give as a Christmas gift & it was a week before Christmas when I received it that the gift would have been wrapped in Christmas paper… instead it’s looked like a birthday gift. I wish I could post photos here to justify how terrible it was executed. I was not happy since I paid extra for the wrapping. I do not usually pay extra for wrapping gifts but I thought it would help me out with all the gift wrapping I had to do this season... instead it has only caused me more work & grief as I am still dealing with this almost 2 weeks later... here's how this situation has panned out & has yet to be resolved. I have contacted customer service 5 times since 12/16/2021... 1 time by email - no response, 3 times by phone - I was told that my issue was “in process" but I’ve yet to receive any response from management on how this issue will be resolved. Today (12/27/2021), I contacted Breyer via FaceBook Messenger and was told again for the 4th time "We can confirm that your information has been forwarded to our Customer Service team manager." I have also tried to call customer service today... the phone line seems to be either troubled or Breyer has blocked my phone number. I have been VERY patient up until this point. I know businesses have difficulty with staffing employees right now. Plus it is Christmas time. I am not the one to typically complain especially about petty things such as gift wrapping but I did this time & as a long time customer of Breyer, I thought I would at least have received a call back. Just FYI, I have the full collection of holiday horses plus many more & was planning to continue the collection along with the addition of the snow globe collection to pass down to my niece. I am very unhappy with Breyer's Customer Service & very disappointed with what it has become. Word of advice... take care of your customers, it pays off down the road.
