I noticed a couple of pieces missing in one set, and after reaching out via email, I received a response within minutes assuring me it would be addressed, so I can't fault their communication at all. Initially, you can only borrow smaller sets to demonstrate responsible borrowing, and after three months, you can start borrowing larger sets, which I find quite reasonable.
