After placing my order, (and to be clear, they had both my email address and telephone numbers) I received NO notification a week on, as to when these would be delivered and had to chase this up by phone. By the time they were delivered, I had lost the slot for my tradesmen and had to wait another week for them to return. On return, many of the brick slip corners were damaged, at least 10% of the corners (which we photographed and sent in an email to Brick slips, asking for them to replace them) We received a very curt message saying as it was outside of the seven day period and less than 10% of the order, they would not be prepared to do anything about it. Obviously, the corner Brick slips make up only a small percentage of the order and are more vulnerable to breakage, especially as they were packed on the corner of the crate, and in this case there were more than 10% of the corner brick slips broken. Very petty and a poor policy
