Customer service was appalling Had agreed the sale a week prior to collecting my car As part of the sale I had negotiated that the car would be provided with a full tank of fuel. I was also promised that the car would be valeted when I collected it. On the day I collected the car the paperwork was done and I was given a quick run down about the car, then asked if it had been refuelled to which the answer was no. The salesman then sent a colleague to go refuel the car There was a repair that needed done to the glove box in the car which has not been done to a satisfactory condition and I still have issues trying to open it so I tend not to use it I don’t know what level the car was valeted to but I am absolutely certain that Stevie Wonder could have done a better job.I’ve not been back to Bridgend to have any of these issues resolved because as I was a cash buyer I felt like I was being herded out the door by the salesman and I work night shifts and have no time to get to the bottom of these issues All I want is for people to be aware of the lack of customer service and that the salesman I dealt with had to be promoted about several things that had been negotiated as part of the sale I would not recommend buying a car from this establishment in future
