To begin with everything was going smoothly , I had the pleasure of speaking with the lovely Graeme from the Kilwinning branch . I had been looking at one car and Graeme couldn’t be more helpful. Graeme gave me an offer on my own car at the time to trade in towards the new car . Unfortunately few days before I was due to collect my new car, my own car timing chain went . Went and spoke to Graeme to see if they would still take my car and just brush down on the price offered for my car. Graeme arranged for my car to be collected and for Bridgend mechanics to look over. Unfortunately few days after Bridgend took my car in they decided they didn’t want to carry out the job due to it maybe wouldn’t be worth fixing/ too much of a big job. Which I completely understand . So then I was under stress of finding the reminder of the money to buy my new car as now I needed it more than ever. Luckily I managed to and now have a great car , don’t get me wrong I have had it back for a few issues, such has hand break light not appearing on dash board., passenger window not working , issues with gears , and tyres wrong size . But after some back and fourth SOME of these issues have now been resolved. I’d like to thank Graeme for his great customer service and to the girls in the service department they have been great when booking the car in for repairs.
