Absolutely do not use this company. My ex wife used my car and arranged cover through these. She was rear ended in France. The 3rd party a French citizen admitted liability and provided his detail which was passed on to this company. They make little attempt to resolve the claim then refused to help. They eventually ignored all correspondence from my ex wife. We have had to raise a complaint with the financial ombudsman. They are a terrible company. Been 8 months to date and still no further forward.
