- On initially booking, I advised our time frame restraints as we had to give the keys back later that day on the 11th as we were moving interstate the following morning via plane and I was told it would be 2 people but it was only one person that arrived- Upon arrival, the cleaner did not announce himself, he did not introduce himself, he tried prying the door open without saying anything to us, and we found him uncommunicative and unprofessional in this regard- Cleaner left a big puddle of water in the middle of the lounge room and left his feet mark on the floor- Some debris left on the floor- Some debris on the kitchen sink- Foot marks on the hallway out the back of the house- Gas heating system not wiped down- 2x pubic/beard hairs were left on the laundry sink and the sink was also not properly cleaned- Some Light switches weren’t cleaned properly on top- Wall still had marks on itThe owner kindly gave us a partial refund due to the issues which was very nice.
