Fake reviews here. Took money upfront. Sent one guy who did basic cleaning. Did not do everything agreed in the price. Tried to charge more for things listed on quote. Left without doing multiple items on list. The brightzone receptionist swore that he'd rectify the situation with another cleaner and refund me the extra money I gave the cleaner. ( Charging me extra for what I already paid for ) after not doing that I contacted them to negotiate a refund. The receptionist tried to confuse me and manipulate my attention away from the fact I paid over 120 an hour for 1 guy to come and half clean and demand more money.
