Brighterly is an amazing program that helps me with my math skills and if i am struggling they are there for me. It is a very good program for immersive learning however it would be nice if we could do more diverse interactive activities example, maybe solving a puzzle or a educational game
Our first math tutor was not a good match for us. We requested a new tutor; the response time was reasonable. We have been very happy with the new tutor, and my daughter has brought home her first A in math class last week
Numerous sessions canceled abruptly 5 minutes before the lesson (5 times) The tutors are not reliable. Trying to cancel my subscription due to unrleiability. More frustrating than not having any tutoring.
We started brighterly ELA three month ago. My son is autistic and very behind in reading. He was not making progress even with in person instruction.I took a trial with Brighterly and decided to give it try for 1 year. Brighterly changed my son’s instructor 3 times to find the perfect fit for his needs.
We finally have a tutor and she is amazing. Her name is Noelen. It’s been three month with her and he is progressing well. His instruction is individualized and slow paced. Me and Ms. Noelen work together as a team. she really understands my son’s language needs now.
I am very happy with Ms. Noelen. Her lesson plans are very good and engaging. During 45 min session, she does two brain break activities which my son really like and able to focus better. I am sure next year he will start reading fluently.

My kid has not only shown improvement academically but has shown interest in Math which was not the case before Brighterly. This program is also teaching him how to develop focus and diligence. I appreciate the brain break and other activities. His teacher regularly engages with me, talking to me about his progress and honest report on my son’s opportunities. I appreciate that she teaches me her style of teaching and the principle behind it which allows me to apply them when I’m teaching my son on other subjects. I’m very happy with the outcome so far.
We have two fantastic tutors who are incredibly patient, kind, and caring. They take the time to explain concepts and ask questions to ensure understanding. They also incorporate fun activities to help her feel at ease. We've already noticed significant progress, particularly in her independent work! It's wonderful to see her confidence returning. 🙌🏻 Kudos to our amazing tutors!
The demo call was positive, with a patient and friendly tutor. However, the follow-up calls were excessive, aggressive, and felt overly sales-oriented! I mentioned I was considering other options and needed time to decide, but the representative kept insisting on finding a compromise. Compromise regarding my child's education? No way! That call was a major turn-off for me, and I will not be moving forward with this program!
The tutors were wonderful with my children, providing encouragement and support during the demo sessions. My daughters had a great time as well. However, I did notice a slight language barrier. Being bilingual, I can easily understand someone who is also bilingual and whose first language isn't English. Nonetheless, my daughters struggled a bit to comprehend their tutor due to the accent.
The overall experience has been extremely positive. The math tutor is patient, well-informed, and effective during each session. I've observed significant progress in my child's grasp of math concepts. The tutor dedicates time to clarify ideas, making sessions productive and helping my child build more confidence in math.
