I am writing this review with respect but also serious concern regarding my account access issues and repeated support delays.
I have completed my KYC verification and it is already approved. I am not a new user — I have worked with your firm and want to continue working long-term. My account history, KYC approval, and previous communications can be checked to confirm this.
Despite multiple requests to your support team about activating my purchased account, I have not received a clear response or resolution. I understand there may be restrictions for new users from Pakistan, but I am an existing verified user with approved KYC and a purchased account.
I genuinely want to work with Bright Funded and grow as a trader with your firm, but my repeated requests have not been properly addressed. I respectfully request CEO Jelle Dijkstra and the management team to review my case personally and help resolve this issue.
Verified and rule-abiding traders deserve fair consideration and timely support. I hope my situation is taken seriously and resolved soon.
