We recently transitioned Dusk Lighting from our long-standing Visualsoft website and stock management system to Shopify and Brightpearl, and I can confidently say the experience has been extremely positive.
In particular, Alex Sweeting and the wider Brightpearl team were exceptional throughout what was, naturally, a daunting process. Migrating years of data and changing core systems is never straightforward, but Alex guided us step by step. We had weekly training sessions, opportunities to test the system in real-world scenarios, and plenty of time to ask questions. Every query was met with detailed answers tailored to our business.
What stood out most was the effort Alex made to truly understand our processes. Today, we are very happy with the system. As with any new platform, there are occasional teething issues, but the support is there when we need it — and that gives us real confidence moving forward.
