I am extremely happy today that I have got my bond back. Few weeks ago I had to leave country due to pandemic and I spoke to the property agent regarding my bond back, they said you need to do end of lease cleaning of the property then we will transfer bond into your account if it is thoroughly clean otherwise we will use your bond to re clean, one of my friend Taj helped me to find a experienced professional EOL cleaner they have done tremendous job over there I really appreciate Harry & his team for unbelievable job. I know it’s not easy when you left the country and somebody done the job for you without being there.The manager arranged the pickup of the keys from the agent office first & then cleaners done clean at my place.The agent was so fussy he brought three small faults in cleaning but only one email I made to Brightzone but very next day they send the cleaners back & fixed those small issues & return the keys back to agent.They were fully aware that I am not in Australia even then they gave be best service as they promised me. I can’t say that I would use their services anymore as I dont live in Melbourne anymore but my best wishes will be with them always. If I dont hire them then the agent definitely going to eat my bond money but hats off to their honest & beyond expectation service which force the agent to release my bond.
