TL;DR The Adelaide branch of this business is a scamThese seem to have 4 plus star reviews on many review websites and so hired them to complete an End of Lease clean. They asked for money up front which at the time didn't sound alarm bells and it became a harsh lesson learned. The price was a premium price as well over 500 dollars for a 4 bedroom house. The first time they came to the property they didn't clean cob webs out of rooms, surfaces in wardrobes, the floors they moped were still dirty, they cleaned kitchen benches before cleaning the oven and range hood, and placed the dirty range hood and oven grills on the previously cleaned surfaces, they preceded to not clean the oven and leave all the dirty stuff on the benches, dishwasher wasn't cleaned either, I would liken the clean to a poorly done fortnightly clean you might pay $100 for. when asked to return they did and were given a list of things they needed to complete, they returned with only a cloth and surface wipe, wiped the surface and tried to leave when they were stopped they went back in and moped half the floors. we failed the inspection and when confronted they refused a refund and said they would return. I gave them the inspection report detailing the things needed to be done. The owner saw them enter the property and clean nothing. this leads me to believe at no point did they intend to fully clean the property only feign commitment, until you give up and stop hassling then for a refund. I don't recommend there incompetent team for cleaning nor their management who tried multiple times to tell me the reason we failed the inspection was because the house was old and beyond cleaning, don't know how the age of the house stops a cleaner from dusting surfaces and cleaning cobwebs.
