It has been 10 days since I ordered my product and it has not arrived nor can I find any tracking information. The "Route" tracking system says it is still waiting on the information from the shipper. That's frustrating because I love the products, I just hate the fulfillment process. And they are so protective of the brand, they don't sell outside of their site and stores.
