Matt was keen to visit the house from the start and give us a plan that worked for our house/needs (Everyone else just wanted to give a web based quote). He listened to us and explained well what he would recommend. He was happy to adapt to any suggestions we had. Matt was very responsive to any questions we emailed over and if felt the whole installation was well planned and well executed. The team worked until 7pm the day of the install to try and get it finished in one day then came back to finish off a few minor bits the following day. Matt has also been great with after care, answering questions and helping us identify which appliance in our house was draining our battery.
