Appalling service Dept.I spoke to the service manager about possible brake failure on my CRV. This was a known problem on the CRV as well as other models for quite a few years. Honda had recalls in other countries but not in the UK at the time of my concerns. I was assured by the service manager that there was no problem at all with the breaking system on my car. I informed him about this issue with the brake failure other people had experienced, again he told me there was no problem with my brakes. Just a few weeks later my brakes failed, I came very close to having a really bad accident. Called the dealership but I was told it could not be repaired at West Bromwich, they told me to take it to Brindley - W'ton who repaired my car.I had a phone call from Brindley - West Bromwich service manager who told me my car was due for a service, which was wrong, it was due for an MOT. He then said it must be for your other vehicle you have with us (wrong again I only have 1 vehicle). While car was having MOT spoke to service manager about 4 alloy rims on car which were turning milky, I was told he would get in touch with Honda, still waiting for reply from manager. Spoke to area manager about all the problems I had experienced, he told me to go to Brindley - Wolverhampton. I told the service manager at Wolverhampton about the wheel problem, he took pictures of the wheels and roof rails and said he would be back in touch after a response from Honda. All this happened between April and May, it is now September and still waiting for a response from Brindley - Wolverhampton.STILL APPALLING SERVICE.6 months on and still no response from Brindley - West Brom/Wolverhampton concerning the corrosion on the alloy wheels on my CRV. I don't even know if my complaint has been logged with Honda. My only regret was buying a new Jazz from this company (never again) when you get terrible customer service like this.❤️1
