I have used Bring Fido now twice on trips. Each time I had some clarifying questions that I called and talked to an advisor who reached out the the hotel directly to find out the questions. Also, on the first trip we had to cancel our first reservations due to a death in the family. The Hotel policy was 50% within a week. The advisor contacted the hotel and they graciously refunded the entire amount. THANK YOU BringFido. Will continue to use your service.
