I tried to place an order for food and was intercepted by this terrible service. The site showed the restaurant at the top of the page to give the impression that it is the restaurant’s mobile app. It wasn’t until the order went through with payment until I realized it was a third party. I got to the restaurant to pick up my order and they didn’t have it. They said they were not affiliated with this service. They also said that they have been having multiple people with the same issue and the order would never get through. I sent an email yesterday asking for a refund and have still not gotten a response. I will never use this service on purpose in the future. I would like a refund ASAP.Edit: BringMeThat has apparently flagged my post as “not a genuine experience.” If I could add screenshots here to show my order number & correspondence with them I would (I have sent them to TrustPilot to prove my authenticity). I did end up getting a refund— but they tried to lie to me first. It took 3 days and 2 emails to their support team for them to respond to me. They claimed that the order “went through by phone.” However, I know that’s not true because when we got to the restaurant, one of the items we ordered was not available so we had to go to a different restaurant to get that item. The restaurant wouldn’t have accepted an order for an item they didn’t have. I had to show proof of this along with proof of us paying for a whole new order at the restaurant (via credit card statement screenshots) to their support team to receive a refund. If you use their service, prepare to jump through hoops to get your money back and then have your negative review flagged. 😤
