Shocking after sales service

Ordered a Nash bivvy and the item arrived damaged which was very apparent before it was opened. Advised to open the box to find the bivvy bag was not clipped shut, the packaging to keep the bivvy free from damage was missing, clearly someone had opened the bivvy previously. The box had security tape over the damaged area which gave the impression the staff at the shop had placed the tape over the damaged area before sending it.Prior to sending the item back I made contact with staff at the shop and asked to reserve a replacement to be told this was not required as they had plenty of stock of the bivvy I ordered to later be told this was not the case and as such they could only offer a refund.I repaired the damage to the box and once the bivvy was in transit I sent a photo of the receipt as proof of postage and asked for my refund to be quoted the shops policy saying the refund would only be issued when they were in receipt of the bivvy. I objected to this to be told the refund would be issued as soon as the bivvy was received. This didnt happen until the following day.Absolutely shocking after sales service Avoid!!!!
