The initial booking was easy and quick to arrange to my home - brilliant. Booked a screen replacement and charging port replacement, the former was perfect, engineer very helpful. The charging port was highly corroded, the engineer cleaned it rather than replaced and this proved to be the issue as it stopped working within a week. I have tried to contact regarding the warranty they advertise and that it should've been replaced in the first place but have had zero response. This is a real shame as the initial service was great.
