The two lads who moved my furniture were excellent, polite and helpful. Unfortunately I had been in contact with Britannia several times and an employee had visited, and each time I had stressed the fact that only a small van could access my property. But the van that came was far too large which meant that it wasn’t possible to park near the house and involved unnecessary extra work for the lads. Perhaps you could improve your communications.
