The men were very polite and friendly and worked very hard. Rang me before their arrival on both days to give ETA. Emptied my 2nd floor (no lift) London flat into the lorries in under 3 hours, and unloaded in Nottingham in even less time. They took the stress out of the experience. I am very grateful.
