My husband and I had planned to take the train from Bletchley Park to Heathrow. Catching the train with luggage was proving to be a challenge - so I reached out via chat to Sky Bridge Cars. Jack through chat was very responsive - my only criticism is that s/he has been very insistent that I write a review and asked that I provide copies of the review back. I'm happy to write a positive review for scheduling the car - and s/he being so responsive. I'm giving a 4 star because I haven't had the ride yet so no idea how that experience will be. AND the customer service person has been pretty pushy about getting a review submitted - which makes me feel a bit uneasy.
