The communication was excellent, they reached out ahead of time to confirm address and number of people so there was comfort they were coming to get us, they communicated the morning of to let us know they were on the way and the got there on time. The driver was very friendly and helpful and one from our group left their phone in the car and the driver came back to make sure she got it back. We were very pleased. They had excellent customer service.
