We booked a car to pick us up from the airport, we had bought an extra suitcase whilst on holiday, so had more luggage than when we left. The driver told us we should have booked a bigger car, in the end we managed to get everything in the car.On our return we discovered that the company had charged us £11 more for a bigger car, that we never actually needed or got. We used this company around five or six times a year and explained to them what had happened and that if they continued with the charge we would not use them again Only response was we supplied you with a bigger car, which they didn’t and no refund very short sighted in their side as we will not use them again or recommend them BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
