Order number BA221115. Very similar to a previous negative review. Ordered a hat, which came poorly packaged, damp, and extremely wrinkled. It looked more like a second-hand item. After reading the prior review, I wonder if this was also a returned product. I received a refund for my shipping, but that’s all. The hat is currently unwearable until I can fix its crumpled state. This hat is available with other sellers. I wish I had chosen my usual retailer instead of trying a new company. I've expressed my dissatisfaction to the seller and feel that a shipping refund isn't adequate. A very unhappy customer.
