I had not purchased (Clean) Biotin from yourselves before, this was the first time. The reason for my purchase was to help with hair fall. (Previously I had bought Biotin from Holland & Barrett). Upon using the Biotin from British Supplements I was extremely disappointed. My hair fall which had been under control, was now out of control. I started experiencing excessive hair fall to the extent that I could literally see hair all over my carpet, and bathroom floor. I then went back to Biotin from Holland and Barrett. I wanted to check if there was a difference or whether it was my imagination. I can report that after I re- started Biotin from Holland & Barrett my hair fall reduced by 98%. I cannot explain my relief that I was back to normal. What I've also noticed is that all the capsules from British Supplements look the same. It's not possible to differentiate between them. This leads me to believe that it may be quite possible for packer's to make mistakes. Unfortunatley, due to this experience, I will not be purchasing from British Supplements again.
