I have placed two orders order the past few months and whilst I have no issues with the products themselves. I recently emailed to ask for any certificates or evidence to back up their claims of no bulking agents/heavy metals and purity etc. I was quite shocked that I was told no they can’t provide me with such proof despite them making and testing everything in house. I find this quite bizarre for a company that calls out other companies for not being legitimate and transparent, yet fails to provide evidence of their products being so clean?! No 3rd party testing either, so basically you just have to take their word for it! This has become a big red flag and has made me suspicious the claims they make are true! If so, why not just be proud and provide the relevant upon request?!
